Shelley McCaul, LMT, has been a practicing massage therapist since 1998.  

She received her Massage Practitioner Certificate from the Health Enrichment Center (HEC) in Michigan where she had direct training from massage guru, Sandy Fritz.   The 1,000 hours of training at HEC is twice the requirement to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas.

Shelley has also recently graduated from University of Houston with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in sociology. She has plans to attend graduate school in pursuit of her Masters in counseling.
